Founded in 1986, by H. Stan Johnson and Steven B. Cohen, Cohen-Johnson was a full-service law firm representing corporations, small businesses, and individuals. In 2016 Cohen-Johnson merged with Parker & Edwards Law Firm, a firm specializing in litigation issues, to form a new venture called Cohen, Johnson, Parker, Edwards. Together, these two firms make one of the most experienced and practiced firms in the Las Vegas area.
Our law firm is not your typical law firm because we are not typical attorneys. Our firm understands the intrinsic structure of businesses and refers to our real world knowledge to resolve your legal issues. This knowledge and experience is also invaluable in the successful resolution of our clients' litigation matters. When approaching your case, we will analyze what must be done to solve your legal, business, and practical issues. When working on business transactions, our attorneys will actively look for details that you may have missed and protect you from lurking dangers. When working on litigation matters, our attorneys often find many issues overlooked by others who lack our wide range of business and legal experience.
Our attorneys are widely recognized as among the best and most experienced in their fields. This expertise and experience has been earned by the successful resolution of hundreds of cases. Our firm is unique; our attorneys have real world experience and a wide and diverse background in business as well as the legal area. We understand that clients have alternatives when it comes to legal services and that we have to earn your business and referrals each and every day.
We are the attorneys to choose when you want personal attention from an experienced firm that knows how to achieve results. We listen, we assess the issues, we plan, and then we take aggressive action. In addition, we consider the cost-effectiveness of our actions and attempt to conserve our clients' money as though it were our own. Our clients rely on us to give practical, real-world advice, and to get the job done. In the end, the greatest service we can give our clients is to use our experience, time, and talents to achieve the best possible outcome.
